HOW WE WORK

We have prepared a strategic plan for the intervention of our communities in the different regions of our country, communities with which we have links for several years, however, we have already started conversations with several of these communities to identify which will be the first to be intervened, prior analysis of each community by our team.

It is important for us to understand their idiosyncrasy and their customs, their language and beliefs, their problems and not assume what their shortcomings are, talk to them and carry out an analysis of the different aspects of each community.

Over the years we saw that some projects executed by different institutions did not have the expected impact years later, we analyzed the different reasons why these projects did not meet their objectives, it is for this reason that we are sure that the Mother Pacha method will have better results.

Our communities are in isolated and vulnerable areas of our territory, places that due to the characteristics of the Peruvian territory do not receive any social assistance, some communities have a high percentage of vulnerable people such as children, women, the elderly, people with disabilities physical or any other nature that puts their integrity at risk, communities in extreme poverty with a strong potential in tourism activity.

Our works are made up of three steps to be followed by the three regions that divide our territory, the Peruvian Amazon called in Peru as jungle, the Peruvian Andes called Sierra and the Peruvian desert coast called Costa, for example:

Region 1:

The communities of the Amazon in the Loreto region are part of the first group to develop our programs, as it is an area with a greater vulnerable population and less assistance from the state and other institutions, our goal is to get to work throughout the Amazon

Our first community will be the "Huarmi Isla" community of the El Dorado gorge in the Loreto region, within the Pacaya Samiria National Reserve, and then we will continue in many of the extremely poor communities throughout the Peruvian Amazon with potential in the tourist activity or areas where some animal or plant species are in danger of extinction.

Region 2:

The communities of the Andes in the Cusco region are part of the second group to develop our programs, communities that are geographically isolated and where teachers often walk for half a day to reach these communities, communities where the only access is a rough dirt road that is constantly blocked during the rainy season, communities in extreme poverty with great potential for tourism.

Our first community will be the "Kaqllarakay" community in the Cusco region, and then we will continue in many of the communities of extreme poverty along the Andes mountain chain with potential in tourist activity or areas where some animal species or vegetable are in danger of extinction.

Region 3:

The human settlements of the Lima region are part of the third group to develop our programs, human settlements that despite being located near the big cities, live in without basic services such as water and electricity.

Our first human settlement is "AAHH Oasis de Villa El Salvador" in the Lima region, and then we will continue in many of the extremely poor communities along the Peruvian desert coast with tourist potential or areas where some animal or plant species are in danger of extinction.

Our goal is to work with more human settlements in extreme poverty along the dry desert on the Peruvian coast, especially in areas where there is strong predation of endemic forests, endangering valuable plant and animal species for our coastal ecosystems.
